Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the Lucendata website. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement.

Last updated: 20 May 2026.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Lucendata and contact us about potential work. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit malicious content, or use it in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, procurement, or technical advice for your specific situation. You should make decisions based on your own context and any advice you choose to obtain.

No client relationship from the website

Sending an enquiry, booking a call, or exchanging initial messages does not create a client relationship. Client work begins only when both sides agree the scope, commercial terms, and delivery terms in writing.

Availability

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every page will always be current.

Intellectual property

The Lucendata name, website design, written content, visual assets, and other materials on this site belong to Lucendata or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site, but you may not copy or reuse substantial parts of it without permission.

Third-party services and links

This site may use third-party infrastructure, analytics, messaging, or links. Those services are operated by their own providers and may have their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lucendata is not liable for losses arising from use of this website, reliance on website content, temporary unavailability, or third-party services linked from or used by the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website and business change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
